I changed my video encoder (I think that's what it is) to Nvidia CUDA, but now I can't remember where I changed it? Can someone help me?

You're going to have to provide a bit more of an explanation here.

Sadly, that's all I can remember about it. Something about NVIDIA CUDA h.264...

There is nothing in OBS about CUDA. If anything, that is part of nVidia's control panel so I would start looking there.

I know it's nothing to with the Nvidia control panel. Guess I have to put this question to rest.
EDIT: I also remember something about Xvid, not sure where though.

Are you talking about OpenCL, maybe?
I don't know what that is, so maybe.
Did a quick google, and that seems close to my description.

OK, let's take this one step at a time -- Are you experiencing a software issue? Or is your question actually related to a particular piece of software? If so, is it OBS you have a question about?

If so -- Disabling OpenCL can be done in Settings -> Advanced -> Custom x264 Settings and removing the opencl=true

Only problem I have right now is 1-3 second skips in the stream, and I figured the setting (That NVIDIA Cuda thing) I picked caused it.

Re: Can't find where to change video encoder?

1 -- OBS does not support nVidia CUDA at this time so if you really did "enable nVidia CUDA" as you suggested then I would advise you to remember how you did that and disable it (hint: nVidia Control Panel, or did I mention that already?).
2 -- It was not nVidia CUDA but OpenCL, I just explained to you how to disable it. So, disable it if you think it is causing issues.

Oh damn, I feel like an idiot. It WAS bandicam after all. *facepalm* Is there a way I can close/delete this topic?
