Question / Help SOLVED: Blackmagic Web Presenter: Strange noise/hiss

I have tried two different Web Presenters and two different computers (Windows 10) but I still get this strange noise (-55 - -40dB) even I have no cameras or mics connected (only USB from Web Presenter to computer). This noise is not shown on Web Presenter output, only on OBS. Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this?

I found out that there is no problems with Mac (using same devices and cables). So I think this problem is a bug in OBS

Whoaa!! I found the solutions. So my Windows 10 Microphone level for Blackmagic Web Presenter was too loud. It was 75 but I dropped it to 50 so now it works! No bugs in OBS

Hey I did some research and OBS have audio filters, you can use noise suppression to get rid of it. But the problem is it’s cutting out the quality of the band mix of my church worship. For the sermon it’s ok since it’s only one vocal mic. Does anyone have a better solution? And reducing the mic volume didn’t help me.
