What Harold is trying to say is unfortunately we cannot solve a Windows Update problem here in this forum, it is beyond what we are ABLE to do. You'll need to research that error code and find the solution to update your system and hope that it works. You can try the solution offered here below but understand that we do not provide windows support here and you follow any guides/helpers at your own risk, we are not liable for any problems that are created.
