Question / Help software or hardware? wich should i use in streaming?

hello guys i have a ryzen 5 3600 cpu plus an rx 570 gpu
what should i use as the title says
il be streaming and at the same time recording my live stream

software is for cpu and hardware for gpu right guys? sorry am a noobie
 
And on your system, you should be using the software encoder.
AMD cards' hardware encoders aren't suitable for streaming.
 
Recording doesn't matter since you can throw enough bitrate at the quality problem to make the problem go away.
Just use a picture quality based rate control.

so what u mean is il just copy my video after the stream? can u show me that quality based control thing.. or where could i see it in obs thank u
