Bug Report Software Capture no longer works

For over a month now using the Software Capture option no longer works. The picture in preview stream comes up black and when i move the mouse to the area specified it just shows multiple mouse cursors appearing on screen and flickering. I can not even capture the full monitor with nothing else notable running. It use to do this when I would open a web browser but this was never resolved
 
If you use Webroot Securityanywhere, disable it. Also you should update your OBS since the latest version detects this condition.
