Question / Help So many caputre cards which one to buy?

Hey guys,

I am kinda lost.. so I want to use the caputre card to get the signal from my gaming machine to my streaming machine and then to twitch.

Some capute cards can get a 60fps signal but only record to 30fps. I dont want the capture card to do the encoding does that mean if the caputre card only can record 30 fps that I will be able only to stream at 30 fps?

can you recommend a capture card for my needs?

My goal is to stream 720p59fps

The Avermedia Live Gamer HD takes a 1080p60 input and lets you record/stream at 1080p30 or 720p60. If you want to record at 1080p60 sometimes, then you'll need a better capture card. If you don't care about that, then that Avermedia one is IMO the best option for the money.

How do you plan to channel the audio?
