Heya!
I would like to ask for help. I freshly started streaming LoL, and here is the question. My stream looks like Minecraft, it looks very choopy. So, i would like some help with improving the quality but keeping the stable fps - 60 for LoL, which is smooth enough. I usually have around 90-170 fps, so yeah.

Thanks.

You have a Core2Duo CPU, which is ancient, so will be getting a fairly low-quality encode regardless of what you do. Real-time video encoding is EXTREMELY CPU-dependent; you need lots of horsepower there for resolution and framerates to work. Likewise, 3GB of RAM is pretty low... 8GB is the ballpark minimum I'd stick with.

Beyond that... it doesn't look like OBS is having any problems. You aren't getting any dropped frames and next to no lagged frames. You're using Ultrafast to compensate for the CPU... it's not going to provide decent video clarity.

Short version, you need to upgrade your system. It's fine for just gaming, but simply doesn't have the oomph to stream well.
