Smooth scale filter.

Hello guys!
Currently available scale filtering options don't handle thin lines very good (i.e. headphone wires on resized webcam), and they look quite aliased, especially noticeable when moving. Would be great to have some kind of smooth scale filter that can eliminate such problem, even if it will result in blurrier image than with other filtering options.

Actually, nevermind. Found a solution: 1) resize cam using Scaling/Aspect Ratio filter with Bilinear Scaling filter to a bit bigger than 2x size of target resolution, not exactly 2x size; 2) then resize cam to target resolution using regular transform with either Bilinear, Bicubic or Lanczos scaling filter.

Here is the comparison of different resizing methods I tried. Source image is 1280x720 you can check it here

the result on the right is much more acceptable
result on the right can also be achieved by method used for image in the middle, you just need to set resolution in transform to 159.999 for width and 89.999 for height
