Smart App Control blocked 32.1.0

I just got an update alert and when i installed it and started OBS back up i gat a alert that smart app control blocke part of this program and may not work properly. I dont know where to post this. or what to do. i looked for whatever was blocked and did not find it but there is alot i may have missed in looking for it. Anyone else get this warning? i would attach the notification but i dont know where to begin to look.

You will find in win 11 that if you look at the property of files in your obs folder, that there is a new checkbox marked blocking, win 11 sees new files as downloaded from some other computer and therefor dangerous. You can click on the block box to free it up. There may be more things that need unblocking. You can turn off the smart app blocking feature, but can never turn it back on. I wouldn't do that. I'v found that downloading program and things like mp4s can cause this problem. For mp4s, you will see this if using shortcut lnk files. For mp3s, , i found that copying them to another drive and back again,will clear the blocked box. Hope that helps.
