Small squares on streams

Hello guys, I have a very annoying problem with my streams that i see small squares when doing movement moves in csgo and I can't fix it on my own. Im adding a photo how it looks in this link: https://imgur.com/xCwTGi3

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

the "screen" is from a smartphone? take a look on pc source stream if there exist there

yup i took this photo by screenshot by my phone but its on pc too when watching replay of my stream

Ok i wonder
i take a look of this stream and timestamp (why not link the stream but post a image of that?)
the "blocks" looks like issues from game/overlay/encode

but that i not realy understand that you ask for this "blocking" that apears from feeling once a week for 15 frames of a 60 fps stream
and not why the stream is from feeling 50% of the time below 5fps
that will for me personal the bigger issue and can be related to the blocking if i take a look on your game fps bar in the middle below

every time the fps ingame rise obs get knocked out
by not config the system right
