Question / Help Small Spikes in Recording

I recently got my settings fixed up, but there are still small lag spikes in the recording, personally I am fine with them as they are running at 60fps and the small spikes are very miniscule, but when uploading to Youtube the spikes at 30 fps make it look horrible. I just want to know if there is a way for this to be fixed or not?

Seems more related to Minecraft, OBS is losing the capture context a lot every few seconds. Do you maybe tab out of it frequently?

What do you mean by tab out of it? I am on the game for the whole recording with OBS running in the background. This is all confusing to me. I know how OBS works through and through, but for some reason it just does this on minecraft. Is there a way for me to stop it from losing the capture context? I am recording the game in windowed mode. I am recording with game capture though. Is there a way to reduce this at all?

I hate to be impatient... but is there a fix for his... is there a way to have OBS run Minecraft better? It just has tiny spikes that you can see in this video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeCYFaRZlt4
It looks alright at 60fps but at 30 it will get me dislikes and make some angry viewers :/
