Question / Help Small Screen

I record in a minimized window because it gives me better frames and my monitor is outdated (more of a square so it looks really weird if I go full screen). I know many other people have a minimized window, but when I do it I get a picture that isn't fit to the frame so when I upload to YouTube or try to Twitch stream there are a large black border (my channel is Usp45Plays on both Twitch and YouTube if you'd like to look) around my recording. I'm new to this whole recording scene, so I was wondering if anyone knew if there was an option to fix this. If you know of an option or you knoww hat the problem is and how to fix it, please explain in a post below (preferably with pictures).
