Hi everyone, I have a problem that I can not solve in any way, whether it is OBS or any other recording program..the result of my recordings is very fluid and quality but presents a problem in reproduction, at intervals that seem regular yes sees the image the frame that vibrates makes a flicker for a fraction of a second every 20-30 seconds of playback .. sometimes even immediately, the strange thing is that it does it with any program and with any type of encoding that is GPU or CPU.

https://obsproject.com/logs/3qFILA-G_K6guwon this is where the problem arises, there are 2 registrations made, to be consulted the first one since the second registration is short and it was my mistake to press the start recording button.

PC: CPU 8700k - RAM 16GB 3466MHz - GPU Amd Vega64 - Monitor Samsung 1440p 144Hz

Thanks to everyone for any exhaustive answers!

It's not clear what issue you describe, because you don't use the common technical terms, or if you use a well known technical term, you use it in an unusual way.
From your log, we see that your recordings should be flawless. No lost or lagged frames. So an issue is either within the source you record, or at playback time. But not with encoding or machine overload. To rule out any issue with playback, use a decent media player like VLC or Media Player Classic. But not the built in Windows media player.

ps. regarding the language - you seem italian, and I bet Google Translate is good with this language. I'm german, and if I enter well written complete german sentences into Google Translate to translate to english, it's usually perfect and clear english. Not the incomprehensible rubbish automated translaters spit out 5 or 10 years ago. Try this and compare how your english postings might be improved. https://translate.google.com/

Yes, I'm Italian, you found me out! I am using the link you recommended thank you!

Excuse me if I have not been clear in describing my problem, I use vlc to reproduce but I have also used other readers to do tests .. same problem, the reproductions are excellent and of quality but they all have the same defect ... occasionally a few frames skip, you see a flicker and a vibration in the video, it lasts a fraction of a second, it happens to me with any recording program and with any type of CPU GPU encoding .. an inexplicable thing, no problem in the game.

Those videos look fine to me, I don't see any obvious flicker / skipping. I do notice that your timestamps always seem to line up with the advertising boards changing in the game, perhaps you're being distracted by this?

I wasn't able to spot any flicker or stutter as well. To not be distracted by the surroundings, choose something moving that can be immediately detected, if the movement isn't smooth. With your video, the football. If you just follow the ball with your eyes and ignore everything else, you never see a single stutter. The recording is really good.

Thanks for the reply!
Unfortunately, I continue to see it and it's a very annoying thing, I'm not distracted by anything in the video and tonight I discovered that it happens every 20 seconds, really strange. https://youtu.be/V9hyv0_6Q6E?t=84 minute 1:25 in the instant before the ball reaches the player .. yet another after 20 seconds from the previous one .. between minutes 1:44 1:45 https://youtu.be/V9hyv0_6Q6E?t=103

I have tried other games and it happens the same..I can load another video with another game if necessary, it is precisely by concendrandomi on the ball that I notice it more, but also looking at the background I see it very well. https://youtu.be/V9hyv0_6Q6E?t=84 minute 1:25 .. yet another after 20 seconds https://youtu.be/V9hyv0_6Q6E?t=103

idk try to confirm that issue on another hardware
i can't see any issues in the clips
the only i have noticed is a image issue not at the linked timed
that looks like a high ingame fps flip to the recorded fps

sounds for me more like a local encode on playback issue

I'm not sure I understand this correctly.

Do you intend to play the video on another pc?
I usually play at 144Hz but to record I limited everything to 60fps including the monitor's Hz, even when recording at 144fps I get the same problem I mentioned. Every 20 seconds something happens .. which apparently only I see in my pc, I am very confused. https://youtu.be/V9hyv0_6Q6E?t=180 minute 3:02 after the player hits the ball head..

if i loot the video 10 times and i see no "issues"
if i go to 1000% perfection mode i can see sometimes frame flip but that is a decode issue
that's why i told you to verify the issue you see on another hardware (secondary pc from you or a friend) what you see can be a Playback issue
or you make a screenshot of the area and the time where you see the "issue"
i can't see it

Exactly at 3:02 https://youtu.be/V9hyv0_6Q6E?t=182 with the video set more slowly you see even more!
So can this be my hardware problem? Same problem with CPU encoding I have tried everything and it seems very strange to me .. the problem that I describe occurs only with the videos I record.

If you could not see the problem in the minutes that I mentioned before even setting the slower video, I will try to bring more tests and games .. and still test on other hardware.
