Hi guys,
I've been working with an elgato game capture HD as well as an elgato game capture hd60 with my PS3. I was originally running the hdmi splitter work around but was getting these chops in the audio and video. So I got my hands on the elgato custom ps3 component cable thinking that may fix the problem. So after mixing around cables and trying different softwares I'm left with the conclusion it's likely something in my settings. (Xsplit has no audio chopping but loads of other video issues, elgatos software is smooth but unfortunately really bad for customization. Thus I return to my default OBS) I don't know if there's possibly something I'm missing in my settings or if it's my PC but I've attached my log in hopes someone can give a bit of input.
Also for reference the stream I first tested and found out this problem. If you fast forward to about 4 minutes when the intro song plays it's VERY noticeable.
Comparably me using xsplit, to show perfect game audio, but bad video.
