Bug Report Slowed voices in any voice apps

Hi guys.
I've got a strange problem with the audio capture.The problem is that - the game sounds are recorded perfectly normal, but in applications such as Skype or teamspeak there is slowering of sound. On a normal game sound overlaps strongly slowed voices of my friends.
Here is a test call in Skype. I recorded my own voice for you hear the difference, but I can hear everything perfectly normal. BTW, "iron support maiden" voice slowed too.

I mean OBS takes NORMAL voip-thread and slow it down.

Streams and records with slowed voices - last two at the same channel.

And highy wanted feature request - noice gate aka voice activation and setting profiles such as at mustdie version...

Damn!
Solved problem with slowering, found exact bug in OBS.
Problem were in sync delay. I often use webcam, so for normal streaming I use 125 msec delay.
Set delay to 0 - no slowering.
Problem is in delay 146%.
It normally takes microphone and desktop "native" sound, but slowering incoming voice sound during correct delaying microphone (synced with camera) 0_o
it wasn't in frequency.

I've been hunting down how to solve this issue for weeks. All I found was this:
