Hello!
I have been struggling with this problem for hours, and I cannot find a solution. I am able to stream from OBS with my setup, but ther audio sounds slowed down for the first ~30 seconds or so, and then it syncs up (sometimes it is out of sync a little but atleast the audio is not slowed down).

I am using an Elgato and running my SNES through it with composite. I have attached the settings I have for it in OBS. My PC has an i5 3.2 ghz 4 core processor, and when I stream my CPU is being used at ~35%
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
