Question / Help Slow pc high upload settings

I need help with obs settings for my laptop. I would like to stream Smite but with current settings I get fps drops to 25-30fps in game. Without streaming I have around 60. Is there any way I can improve this or it's just impossible to stream on laptop?

My connection is : 70/70mb so upload speed isn't problem

Intel i3 M330 @ 2.13GHz
4GB ram
ATI Radeon HD 5145
