Bug Report Slow motion lag while streaming with Elgato

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but if it's not, please tell me where to post, thanks.

So, I've been using Open Broadcaster Software to stream PS3 games with my Elgato Game Capture Device and it's been fine until a week ago. Well, there was audio desync for the first 10 minutes but it usually ended up being fine after 10 minutes or so. Anyways, a week ago, out of the blue, everytime I tried to stream with my elgato, the fps of the game I was playing looked like it was cut in half or something. Everything was in slow motion (quality was still HD) but everything went in slow motion. I tried my elgato with other streaming software and I didn't have any problems (although I highly prefer OBS to anything else). I looked into the game capture software that came with the elgato and everything was looking fine. I tried uninstalling, deleting all presets and then reinstalling but it was the same.

I don't think it has anything to do with bitrate or any network stuff cuz it goes in slow motion while in the Preview Screen too, even before I stream.

Anyways, If I have to provide more information, I'll do so. Thanks.

I am actually experiencing the same problem, my stream will be fine for about 10 minutes then eventually it goes out of sync and the video is slowed down by quite a bit.

The sync issues I can deal with, but I can't do anything about the video really. That's more the device I believe. It's a USB2.0 h264 device if I recall correctly, I think the data actually has to be decoded before it can be used, so there's always some level of lag (I think). I can sync the audio to the video (hopefully), but I can't really do anything about the video.

I've been having a somewhat similar problem, after about 15 minutes, my audio begins to skip and generally sound really bad. It continues to worsen as time goes on. The video is completely fine however. My the audio from my microphone is also fine from what I can tell.

http://www.twitch.tv/darksim/b/373526737 if you want to see what I mean. It's only a little noticeable 15 minutes in, but an hour in and it's really bad.
