I want to stream csgo and league of legends, but everytime I play with my bitrate, my ping or ms spikes to 100-200.. And I am only putting the bitrate to about 1500.... Can anyone help me with some settings i could use or? I know it wont be the best quality, but I want to be able to put something out without lagging ingame... :) pls halp me lol
