Question / Help Slow CPU but fast GPU

I have a really good computer and internet, but I keep having problems with the quality of my stream. If I set the settings too high the game will lag too much and the screen will blur on stream. But If I set them too low it looks good in-game, but on stream it looks ugly. In other words, my computer has a hard time encoding things. I need someone to tell me the perfect settings that should work with my specs without sacrificing quality or performance.
Specs:
- GPU: gtx 650ti ssc edition 2GB
- CPU: intel core i3-3240
- RAM: 8gb ddr3 1333mhz
Internet:
- Time Warner Cable - 50mbps download/5mbps upload

You should consider using a lower resolution. And to be honest and i3 really doesn't cut the mustard for streaming, at least in 1080p that is. Have you tried encoding with NVENC?

I appreciate your responce but I think I got it figured out. I tryed NVENC and it looks okay on the stream but I think I can manage, also btw I already downscaled my 1080p monitor to 720p using the lanzcos filter. I get a solid 60 fps in game in Call of Duty: Black Ops and League of Legends. On the stream it only blurs a bit every 10 seconds or so.
