While streaming Church service we have at times I run into erratic and slow bitrate and excessive dropped frames, which persists once things goes bad. However, I found that if I do an internet speed test during the stream the upload bitrate goes to the expected value (5200) while the download speed test is in progress. We are streaming at 5200 kbps, our upload internet speed is 30000 kbps and out download is 100,000 kbps. Does anyone have an idea what this might tell us as to the source of the problem. The speed test produces close to the expected max. values.
