Question / Help Slightly choppy gameplay in streaming

Hello,

I'm streaming to Twitch and noticed some slightly choppy gameplay. I don't think I dropped many frames so I'm trying to get to the root of the issue. I think possibly my capture card is to blame. Any help appreciated.

I will note that number of dropped frames was high on 3 occasions. This was because of having the canvas 1080p and the output 720p. Normalised to 720p and issue resolved. After this it goes to 0.1% I believe.

However, it still appears choppy. Which leads me to blame the capture card, any thoughts?

Edit: I wonder if the keyframe interval is to blame? Can anyone assist in output settings?

If the cause is the card and not OBS (and also don't see anything in the logs) then you should see the stutter in the preview window while streaming.
