Slightly blurry recording

It's just blurry, I want to squeeze out the best quality from my Graphics card to be sharp and crispy and look like something that I see on my monitor. Doesn't need to be overkill

Gpu: Gtx 1050ti asus strix
CPU: Amd ryzen 5 2600
16gb ram
1920x1080 Samsung monitor

It's adviced to use CQP as rate control and between 15 to 23 the CQ level. For your computer it's better a CQP of around 20 or more. Max b frames could be 4.
Process priority leave it at normal, isn't doing what it should (windows issue). Color range partial.
Also, your canvas should be 1080p, as well as the output resolution (wich may work better at 720p)

It is very sharp but the colors like the red is very blurry
