Hi guys,

I started today to use OBS because I heard a lot of good things about it.
I've encountered the exact same issue as this post viewtopic.php?f=6&t=693
IE when I play LoL my FPS is stable at ~70 (can be much more in benchmark mode, like 200), but when I move my mouse to navigate on the map, It sutters.
Here is my log :

Code:

You must disable aero to get a decent performance on monitor capture in windows 7 and below. On windows 8, you can get 60fps monitor capture with no problems though

Hi Jim.
I disabled Aero manually and via OBS settings but I feel still the problem to be honest. It's playable but not comfurtable at all.

Well, there's two ways to deal with this. 1.) Use game capture/window capture, then use a separate scene for lobby, or 2.) upgrade to windows 8. Windows 8 has a 60fps monitor capture method. Super ultra fast and completely noninvasive. Only downside is windows 8, which is an abominable operating system.
