Bug Report Sleeping Dogs: DE crash from stream start OBS v0.637b

Hi guys got this issue with Sleeping Dogs: DE, this game 64bit, its very strange bug.
Sometimes streaming is working, like from 7-10 trys relounch game.
When game crash OBS got black screen.
- tested with OBS 32bit and 64bit - same results.
- i dont use any other overlay software.
- tested without Steam overlay - same results.
- tested without antivirus

my setup
windows 7 64bit
i7 4770k
nvidia 660
ram 16gb

Event viewer
Aplication error 1000 and 1005
dxgi.dll error

Any fix, workaround?

DXGI crashes generally indicate something else is also trying to hook the game. Make sure any other capture software, on screen displays, FPS monitors, etc are not active.

I don't use any FPS counters, and other capture software.
Can u, or anybody test this game with OBS?

I know quite late but I had the same issue. Removed Steam overlay and closed FRAPS, Game Capture worked and I could launch FRAPS after the game and stream were running without issues.
