Question / Help Skyrim not showing up in Game Capture with SKSE?

Hi.

I've been trying to see if my laptop can handle streaming Skyrim, but it seems that for some reason I cannot manage to get the thing to even show up in the Game Capture options whenever I launch the game with the Script Extender. I've searched this issue, but I couldn't find anything other than people suggesting that I disable FXAA and get rid of any d3d9.dll files left over from ENB, which I have never used.

When I launch the game normally, through the launcher, the game shows up fine. When I launch it from SKSE: nothing. I have no mods that are injecting FXAA at all, as I don't even have a d3d9.dll file in my Skyrim directory.

I'm not too familiar with what kinds of logs or information I can give that would lend any clue as to why I have this problem, but I will happily provide them in a couple hours. At the moment I have to catch some sleep. In the meantime, my specs are below:

Lenovo y500 Ideapad Notebook
NVidia GT 650M SLI
Intel Core i5-3230M 2.6 GHz
6 GB RAM
Samsung 840 250 GB SSD

It looks like you only used preview twice in that log. The first time was with Monitor capture for 2 seconds, and the second time was with no sources at all for less than half a second.

Can you do a test where you actually use the sources you're trying to use, and do at least slightly longer tests?

Sorry, that might have been the wrong log. However, I'm not able to actually test the preview or output with the source at all as the Game Capture source does not list Skyrim as a valid source. That's the main issue. I can't even add the source that I'm trying to add.

If it doesn't list skyrim, perhaps OBS needs to be run as admin? That's really quite strange.
