Bug Report Skype'ing while using OBS

I've come to realize my OBS freezes when I have my skype open. It also has frozen while I was trying to use TeamSpeak.
Is it because of these specific programs or I can't open programs while I'm streaming?

When I turned off skype the screen moved way smoother.

Well that's unusual. Is skype doing anything in particular, like for example are you having calls or anything while streaming? Maybe it's just eating up the CPU? What's the CPU usage in obs while this is happening?

That is actually weird.. I use both skype, and teamspeak while using OBS for mac and have no issues at all. All programs are updated to the latest version.
