Can someone please tell me in the simplest way possible how can I use OBS with Skype when I am on a group call with others so that they can be heard on the livestream on Youtube??
 
Capture Skype with Display Capture and crop it. Window Capture won't work on the latest version of Skype because it's a UWP app.
 
If you just want the audio, then just pick the audio device the sound is coming out of in Settings -> Audio in OBS. Nothing else you need to do.
 
If your default is set to your output to the TV, then just pick that. Otherwise you'll have to select them explicitly.
