how can I do split screen with one side with my webcam and 2 side with Skype webcam as my co host calls in on skype

Assuming you're on windows, you just add your camera as a video capture device, and then you'll have to use window or display capture and crop for Skype.

Fenrir, how do you import the audio from the Skype participant? When I use the window or display capture and crop for Skype, does it just bring in the video of the cropped area, or does it also bring in the associated audio? I couldn't figure out how to add an audio input so that I can capture the audio of my Skype guest speaking. Thanks.

Settings -> Audio and select the desktop audio device that matches where the sound from Skype is playing out of.
