I tried to go live with obs, Skype nds. After I open the camera with obs, Skype won’t recognize and vice versa.
How can I make it work?

You can't use the same video device in two applications simultaneously.
If you're capturing Skype, use NDI from Skype to get content into OBS and have Skype use your camera directly.
