Question / Help Skype Group call and obs

I'm looking for a solution to a difficult problem. I stream using OBS and skype. I am capturing skype and then cropping the individual members video. Each video stream has their own window in OBS. Everything works great until a group member leaves and the crop is no longer in the right place because the skype placement of the videos are now different. I have to then go into the crop filter and resize the crops to capture the area the video now is placed in skype. My question is there a way to show the skype video of each group member in a "pop out" window and then just capture that window so that when a group member leaves the video conference it doesn't change the placement of the videos in Skype. I hope I've explained it well enough. Thanks for taking a look at my question.

What you're experiencing really isn't OBS's fault, so this is really something you should be asking the Skype support about.

But as far as I know, there isn't a way to popout each group member's video into its own window, however I would not be surprised if there was.

You should either ask Skype support or tinker with Skype yourself until you figure it out.
