Windows capture is not capturing video on windows 8.1, It works on my laptop which is windows 7 32 bit compared to my computer which is windows 8.1 64 bit. I had the same problem with spotify but managed to fix it by disabling hardware acceleration on spotify! how can i fix this please as i stream with my girlfriend and i have her webcam on the stream via skype! i am fed up of using monitor capture.
