Question / Help Skipping lots of frames, help?

Hello. I'm trying to stream a game on Twitch.tv, and it's all running good in my game window, but the Twitch view is experiencing huge spikes, so it's skipping frames.
I'm also getting the red warning in the left bottom corner, WARNING: taking too long to encode, skipping frames.
Here is my log file of the most recent streaming session, hope some of you could help me! Maybe I have some setting fouls or something? Thank you, appreciate all help!

Dont try to stream in 1080p with that cpu, its just too weak. Downscale at least to 720p maybe even lower if it still gives you that warning.

How exactly do I do that downscaling? I changed my resolution, it doesn't give the warning anymore but it still keeps freezing and lagging in Twitch. Help?

Settings->Video->Resolution Downscale.
The lag and stutter is likely because you're running at 2500kbps, alternately also because your CPU is quite weak... real-time video encoding is VERY CPU-dependent. I'd consider dropping to either 720p@30 with a 1500kbps rate, or 480p@30 with 1000kbps.
