Question / Help Skipping frames.

Hi! So here's my problem.

When i'm streaming I get a red text at the status bar at the bottom saying "warning: Takes too long to encode, skipping frames".

I've tried everything, lowering everything, nothing works, please help me!

I've also tried your log analyzer, didn't work.

Post a logfile. If you're skipping frames, your system is too weak for the settings you are trying to use. We'll be able to look at what's going on once you've posted the complete log, and recommend new settings. Also, which game are you trying to stream? Some especially CPU-heavy (and/or badly-coded) games can cause all resources to be utilized and leave none for OBS, if you used the Estimator already.

Where do I post logfile? I've tried the settings at the lowest, but nothing happend. I'm streaming League of Legends and using Twitch.tv.

There's instructions on how in a stickied thread at the top of this forum. Just post the complete contents (they're text files) inside of code or spoiler brackets in your response in this thread. If it's too big, put it on pastebin and link it here.

You may have to go lower, and/or downscale further. We'll need to see the log to find out.
