Question / Help Skipping Frames While Streaming

I've been trying to stream from my pc but whenever I stream I start to lose and skip frames, not so much in game but the stream is very choppy and its not because of internet connection or anything, I've looked every where but couldn't find anything to fix it, any help?

Is it choppy on the VOD? The obs log statistics look fine. Are you downloading your stream over the same connection you're streaming it on? That isn't a good idea and isn't a fair test of whether your stream is choppy or not. Especially since you're on a wireless connection instead of wired.

The stream and preview is choppy

The preview isn't really relevant to anything. If the stream is choppy but the VOD is fine, then the viewer of the stream probably has a bandwidth issue.
