Question / Help Skipping frames and freezing twitch whatever settings I use

I had to re-install my OS and I forgot to write down which settings I use for OBS. Now, whatever settings I use it skips frames and freeze twitch.

The log probaly going to say: "Taking too long to encode", or something due to me trying diffrent settings.
