I've been trying to record/upload vods of my gameplay recently. I've been trying to use the NVENC and NVENC (NEW) options in SLOBS, but every time I do, my recordings or stream (happens the same with both) produce large amounts of skipped frames during high action events. Example: https://clips.twitch.tv/LittleAmazonianIguanaBCouch halfway through the clip, I skip a lot of frames. However, when I record using Nvidia Shadowplay, I get no such drops at all. My Shadowplay quality settings also record at a much much higher bitrate compared to my SLOBS settings (6k on SLOBS and 60k on Shadowplay). I've tried many settings options in SLOBS but none of them have seemed to fix the issue. I want to be able to use SLOBS because it will allow me to stream more easily and I dont like GeForce Experience very much, so I'd much rather not have to use it. I included two attached files (first are my encoder settings for SLOBS and second one is my log file from the stream clip linked above)

StreamLabs provides support for all of SLOBS, not just the parts they added or changed. The log formats aren't even the same.
