Hello to everyone, i am relatively new in streamlabs obs and streaming, i started to stream 3 days ago on trovo, and i got this notifications in streamlabs(picture down).

I want to stream 1080p 60, first tell me can i stream with this pc and this internet that or no, second if i can, what its wrong with setting in obs.
