Skipped Frames Detected w/ low cpu usage help please

Encoder -NVENC (new) I also tried x264 same result

Bitrate -6000

key frame -2

preset max quality (i also tried quality same result and all the other presets)

profile -high

gpu -0

max b-frams 2

Base Resolution 1280 x 720 (i also tried 1920x1080)

Output Resolution 1280 x 720 (i also tried 1920x1080)

ive tried differnt combinations with the resolutions

Downscale filter- I've tried both Bicubic and Lanczos

So essentially when I stream I get dropped frames and stutters the whole horrible stream issue, I've tried to lower the quality of my game, capping my fps... pretty much everything i was able to find online and it just sucks, i honestly supprised since my system is so OP

Your network card ist 2,5 gbits but how fast is you connection really

Deinstall mcaffee defender make the same Job.

Just wanna say I seem to have the same problem as you. I cant stream at all, with any setting
