Sizing Measurements

Greetings again,
I have two scenes with two images in each scene.
Is there a way to see measurement numbers when I'm scaling so that I know the measurements match up perfectly in between scenes? Perhaps even a grid of some sort?

right-click - transform - edit transform.

You can also set the transforms for a source in one scene, then right-click>Transforms>Copy. Right-click the source in other scenes then, Transforms>Paste.
