Question / Help Sizing images and PIP

I'm spoiled by Word and PowerPoint where I can insert a picture and resize it by grabbing resize handles. It looks like OBS has nothing like that, that I have to edit the image size by numbers and offset the result to the desired location. I want to fade in images over the video source, Picture-in-Picture. I would also like to merge two video sources with PIP.

Is there an easier way than experimenting with numbers in the Edit dialog?

When you add a source to a scene you can move and transform just clicking on the preview window

Thanks. I was lost when the high-res image covered the window. It wasn't clear that the red handles do indeed resize. The shortcut to get to a movable and resizable image was to use Transform -> Edit and then manually type in a small size like 500x500.
