Size of window of "Settings" should be adjustable

I think that the size of window of "Settings" should be adjustable.
The fixed sized window of "Settings" is too large for 1280x800 monitor.
I cannot click the button of [Apply].

I would like to project and broadcast desktop of my PC for conference.
The resolution of desktop of my PC is configured to match 1280x800 projector.

Make sure this is set on your Windows OS
On your Desktop, right-click: Screen Resolution
Click on the bottom left side: Make text and other items larger or smaller
Then make sure the arrow bar thing on the center that its set entirely to the left side to: Smaller

I am right now testing on a 15in monitor with a res of 1024x768 and I can see entirely the OBS Settings Window
