I was just wondering if there is a way to capture the twitch popout chat while using only one screen and playing a game in fullscreen? I know this works with irc chats but i prefer this way for now. It seems I'll need to wait until I get my new screen till I can do this but do any of you know? :)

I'm having the same problem, i only have 1 monitor and when i try to Capture the twitch chat with the twitch chat popout or xchat2 the second I go into the game (DayZ) it's no longer working and just shows up as a black box where the chat was placed on OBS... I have tried this with and without aero. It seem when i go into game on fullscreen the game just covers the chat and OBS is no longer capturing the window.

Needs Aero on, and the chat window to NOT be minimized. If you minimize it, Aero stops rendering it. You also need to use Window Capture, and not Monitor Capture (no one should be using MC anyway).
