Question / Help Since update recording is off center

So I just updated versions today. I've been putting it off for a while.

First thing I noticed is that my recordings (which have been fine in the last version) are now off center. I have a full screen program up, but it is off centered to the right, and down in the recording. I can't seem to figure out how to adjust this. Any suggestions? Here you can see the black background to the left and top. Before the update the game screen covered the entire field.

View it with VLC Player. Does it look the same as Windows Media Player?
Looks like the browser window itself is not full screen. You can tell because there is no vertical scroll bars and it is getting clipped. Maximize the browser window to fill the device screen.
