Question / Help Since update no webcam?

Have never had a webcam issue, not even sure what the latest OBS Studio update was but soon as it finished my webcam disappeared and I haven't figured out any way of getting it back. It says it's activated, I've tried configuring the settings based on resolution, FPS, etc but nothing seems to get it back. Completely unsure of where to even start.

Uninstall Avast / AVG. They block video capture devices for some insane reason.
