Simultaneous USB cap card usage and connection to house power

I have bad home internet and I've been doing decently well broadcasting out on Twitch, thanks to Cellular bandwidth. But I have one major problem. A 2-hour time limit imposed by my battery running out of juice and not being able to connect it to the house power grid while receiving my video via USB A and transmitting live simultaneously.

Best Buy was trying to sell me an $80 adapter with a usb-c port a USB a port and an HDMI port. I tried to ask a question can I hook up the USB C to power and at the same time hook up the USB a to my capture device because all other devices that let me do that failed it either accepted the power or accepted the video but not both. it always accepted whichever one was plugged in first and in order to get the other I have to unplug the first one.

someone suggested adding on a wireless charger but the problem is that it consumes the usb-c port and I still need that to input something on the USB A.

anyone got a suggestion for device on my particular situation I need to simultaneously have one USB a input and be connected to the house power somehow consistently so that the battery doesn't drain, thus causing a 2-hour limit.

I was certainly thinking a USB-C hub which would accept power, and the other connections.
However, whether that would work, in part depends on specific model of Mac you are using, your OS version, possible OS settings, etc. So post some more details, and hopefully a more knowledgeable Mac user can help out

I'm using a Mac as my studio organizer and sending my second screen to my Android via HDMI capture card and then from there broadcasting the screen received by the HDMI on Twitch.

However looks like I got even worse problems now for some strange reason my Android accepts itself as a second TV for the Macintosh, but OBS won't let me preview the second TV onto my Android as a second TV. Now I can't broadcast out any length.

what changed in OBS now that it won't broadcast out a second preview on the second television?
