Here is my problem.I simply want to broadcast webinars using powerpoint. I have no sound. The mic level moves as if I have sound but when I play it back it has no sound. ALSO I can't find powerpoint on the drop down menu when I try to put it in a scene using window capture. When I did have power point in the window it does not show the slide on the FBlive or on Obs just power point. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, I tried to mess around with the controls but I wanted to reset it back to defaults.I am so frustrated and have no clue.I would really appreciate it if some one with knowledge and patience could help me.....Thanks

1. Please use VLC to check your recordings, and not the various built-in Windows video players (they have horrible support for playing video). http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

2.Power Point uses a special renderer. You can try to disable Hardware Acceleration ( https://support.office.com/en-us/ar...entation-34c82835-5f23-4bf0-98cc-72235bbd2949 , but instead, try checking the box), and that might work.

3. If you need hardware acceleration (or you can't turn it off), try using Display Capture. That should have the PP presentation show up.
