need more info... as lots of possibilities with a large range of features & functionality, and wide ranging price points.
Do you want/need PTZ features?
What level of low-light capability
What focal range range? zoom?
Local on camera recording (ex. as a backup)?
How important is consistent jitter and latency? is low latency important? - expect to pay more for a quality on-camera encoder to achieve this
Importance (and amount you are willing to pay) for on-going support (in your native language, firmware updates, etc)?
