Question / Help Simple Question

So when I am watching tutorials on OBS, when the tutorial starts up OBS, it shows two video windows with one above Scenes and the other above scene transitions. When I open OBS, I am only seeing one video window, right about in the center, above the Scenes, Sources, etc. How do I get both of the video windows?
