I am doing weather broadcasting and I have two issues that I need help with. I cannot synchronize my mouth with my voice. I am off by 333 milliseconds. I have have tried to make the adjustment thorough settings, to no avail. I am also trying to find a "simple" drawing tool to draw on weather maps during my weather broadcasts.
